Archimedes Consulting is a Firm dedicated to increasing the probability

What do we do?
We deliver the tools to build
successful project teams. Project management processes are improved, formalized,
and documented which results in higher quality and more efficient project planning
and execution. The project team is made
more productive through training in project management concepts,
