Who are we?
Archimedes Consulting is a Firm dedicated to increasing the probability
of successful Project Performance through
the use of improved project processes and a more productive project
team.
What do we do?
We deliver successful
project teams. Project management processes are improved, formalized,
and documented which results in higher quality and more efficient project planning
and execution. The project team is made
more productive through training in project management concepts,
communication skills, conflict management, leadership, and teamwork.
Technology is used to store the methodology, plan and monitor projects, and
manage risks and issues. |
