Overview

The Thought and Action Pattern™ Survey can be used either individually or as part of a group developmental exercise. Used individually, the survey results will help you understand your "preferred mode of knowing".  Your "preferred mode of knowing" represents how you prefer to think, learn, communicate, and interact with others.  By understanding yourself, you can discover the potential that lives within you.  This potential is represented by your capabilities that exist outside of your "preferred mode of knowing".  If you prefer to think in a logical and linear manner, understanding that you can call upon an unstructured and creative side will provide you with an additional tool that can be used for problems that structured thinking have been unable to solve.  Learn why some people just don't seem to "get it" when you are presenting an idea.  Understand why some people seem to want to jump "all over the map" during a conversation.  Learn how to make sure that your ideas "sink in".

Interested?  Simply click Take The Survey to begin.  Be sure to review the Survey Instructions first.  The fee for an individual survey is $300.  This includes a customized profile and report sent to you, as well as a one hour telephone consultation to explain the survey profile to you and to teach you how to begin to apply the results to your work and personal life.  Please make sure your email address on the form is correct.  That is how you will be contacted.

As part of a group development exercise, the Thought and Action Pattern™ Survey and the resulting team profiles will provide each team member with the benefits described above.  However, the true power of the tool is revealed when the members of the team truly understand how to communicate with each other - an understanding of what makes each other "tick".  The ability of the team to leverage their collective strengths, and acknowledge those areas that are less preferred, can lead to a group that is truly high performance.  Thought and Action Pattern™ workshops can be customized for groups as small as 2 people and as large as a couple of hundred.  For information on how you can make this important tool available to your team, contact Chris Andrus at: Chris@ArchimedesConsulting.com
