Chris Andrus
Chris Andrus is a 23 year veteran of consulting to both small and large businesses.  His background includes almost 15 years consulting experience with a "big four" Firm, several years as an active participant in his family's business and as an owner/operator of his own small business. 

Mr. Andrus began his study of Workgroup Performance Improvement in 1989 when he participated in a corporate training project which incorporated team building, creative problem solving, facilitation techniques, and thinking styles into a week long training program.  During his career, he has incorporated these techniques into his work in Strategic Planning, Training Development & Delivery, and Team Dynamics.

Moore has over 30 years experience in creative strategic planning, organizational development, change and creative marketing.  She is one of the foremost authorities in the world on thinking and learning styles and the application of these concepts to Communication, Team Building, and Strategic Planning. 

Ms. Moore is an author, educator, consultant, and lecturer in the field of creativity in the workplace and is the author of the Thought and Action Pattern Survey.  Using this survey, Ms. Moore has helped thousands of individuals understand how each person can leverage their preferred mode of thinking and begin to perform to their potential.
